With spinal issues, finding a comfortable car was a challenging prospect. Especially for my first time buying. Brandon W. at Germaine Honda was helpful in recommending different cars with the features I wanted and in telling me the headrest could be flipped around! - something I never knew! Kris (the lady) helped me finalize my purchase of a used car with several helpful suggestions along the way. And while he was not there when I purchased the vehicle, Brandon gave me a follow-up call the next day to check how everything had gone. They have both been helpful in finding services with getting a second key made and getting a ceramic coating for the undercarriage. Much appreciated!

Alex High my service advisor is the best. He was very knowledgeable about what I needed for my car. He was considerate about my financial situation and worked with me. He is kind and patient and explained everything to me about my car. I did not mind waiting for my car to get fixed because the lounge room is equipped with everything you need. Alex arranged a shuttle to take me home in the snow when I had to leave my car overnight. The shuttle driver was such a sweet man. The mechanics did an excellent job. Thank you and Blessings to all.
