We bought a used vehicle from Germain. I had been there once before to test drive a Subaru then and liked it, but they were closing, so Kris (our salesperson) met us again a few days later to further assist us. We looked and drove several cars, but came back to the white Subaru. Kris was very attentive to our needs, and we felt that we got a good deal. We did not feel pressured. I give them two thumbs up!!

Jesse was amazing. We went in a week ago to test drive the 2025 Honda touring. We knew we were in the market for a new car but didn’t know exactly what we wanted. He was super knowledgeable and we fell in love with the car. The only issue we had is we didn’t love the interior color of the car they had on the lot. He told us to give him a week and he would have the car with the interior we wanted. He stayed in contact with us and updated us multiple times. Yesterday we got the car! It is beautiful. Everyone there was super nice and helpful especially since we were car shopping with a baby. Scott was also really helpful. He was the guy in charge of finance and he was giving up so much advice on how to keep our credit safe and really tried to make the whole process seamless. We will definitely be back in when we need another new car.

Ron was awesome. His attitude and gratitude were a joy to work with. Inspection video was a little difficult to hear due to shop background noise.

The online appointment feature was misleading... I filed my appointment online. Upon doing that, I received a confirmation text. In the confirmation text, I was told to click check-in to let my appointment advisor know my vehicle is present and ready for service when i arrive at the dealership. I was not instructed to do anything else. If I let them know i'm there, I don't need to walk up to the desk to let them know i'm there again. I saw employees going out and getting cars and pulling them in... Mine was passed up several times. I was fifteen minutes early for my appointment. So I waited and waited some more. Because of the misleading information honda waived, some of the fees. Overall, it was a good experience. I just wish they would follow the app if they are going to have it available. Lesson learned.
