I am very pleased with Professionalism and Patience Izzy and Sierra took in taking care of the needs on selecting a car. We hit a roadblock and they overcame it and found the Honda Pilot Black Edition. Never did they question why a particular Honda Pilot Trim or sell another model. Very happy and worth the drive from Louisville. Awesome Team!!!

I was contacted by Sierra at Germain after many attempts at getting a new Honda Insight Touring. Sierra let me know that they were expecting an Insight Touring to arrive in several weeks and wanted to know if I was interested. Heck YA! Sierra was a joy to interact with and maintained great communication. I was very excited when the day came to pick up my car. Until I got a call from some sales manager who informed me that because I wasn't trading in my 2017 Prius Prime Premium that I would need to pay a market adjustment price, several thousand dollars on top of the MSRP of the Insight. I always price out a trade in when I buy a new car, but I've never done it because it's usually well below market value, this time wasn't any different. I have never and will probably never trade in my car at a dealer, I always sell it privately. This has never had any bearing on the overall price of a new car to me, but I guess these are unprecedented times. I ended up cancelling the whole deal mainly because of the attitude and actions of the sales manager who tried to play hardball. I've been in his situation when steel prices started skyrocketing, logistics costs doubled and lead times ballooned during Covid. Genuineness, Patience and Kindness can go a long way. Which is how I was treated at Germain with the exception of one. They ended up contacting me the next day to inform me that they would honor the pricing of the original deal. I completed my purchase and am very happy with the eventual outcome.

I just wanted to say thank you to Stephen Burden and the staff at Germaine Honda in Beavercreek!!! Steve was able to help me get a great trade in value for my Truck and purchase a gas saving vehicle. When the dealership I purchased the truck just two months prior would not work with me Germaine stepped up. I needed the vehicle to travel back and forth from the nursing home my mother is in. I am feeding her daily which makes both of us very happy. I lost my long time position with a major laboratory just three months ago and can't afford much so this was like a godsend meeting Stephen. This is the second time I have used their service department first time was for a recall they took care of that very quickly. I got a good quote on tires and they did a free alignment as well I will continue to bring my pilot there for service. I was very cautious at first to use the dealer for service but they are quick on tires and alignment in and out in 2 hours.

I would like to give this dealership a five-star. Everybody from the front desk to sales and finance has great customer service.. Steve our sales person is the best in the business I highly recommend you go see him. Hands down one of the best experiences I've had at a car lot and they even put up with our four kids as he was trying to get everything in order thank you.
I recently worked with Heather Williams in the Buying Center to sell our Honda Odyssey. The process went very smoothly, and Heather was great to work with and provided and great experience at this dealership. It was my first time here but would recommend Heather and the team for either selling your vehicle or purchasing another.
I have an older car, and it has had many problems this summer requiring repair. Alex High did a fantastic job explaining all of the problems to me so that I could make informed decisions about the necessary repairs.

We live in Beavercreek and recently were fortunate enough to get a 2022 Honda Civic Touring sedan that was allocated to Germain but not yet sold. Everyone trying to purchase a new car today knows the struggle with vehicle availability due to chip and raw material shortages in the market, as well as many companies still experiencing major struggles in production as a result of living in a COVID world for the last couple of years. We placed a deposit on the vehicle and were kept informed on build status and schedule, specifically by Sierra Jones and Kayla Qumsieh at the dealership. Both Sierra and Kayla were very helpful in keeping fully informed on the likely delivery date of our vehicle, which beat the original estimate. They also were very clear on the complete out-the-door cost of the vehicle, without any hidden or surprise costs at the end, which was important for our purchase. Our vehicle arrived early and arrived at a friendly and very welcoming dealership where we met Sierra and Kayla in person for the first time. They are fantastic people who represented their dealership well on our visit. The process was smooth, quick, and easy, with our car delivered very clean, ready with pre-programmed features and preferences we requested, and simply beautiful. The dealership was also very clean and included many amenities that helped make customers feel welcome and comfortable, which we appreciated. Everyone we came in contact with at the dealership was also very professional and friendly, and we were invited to browse other vehicles while we waited for fun, which was fantastic since a few of those vehicles we never truly experienced up close. Sierra also walked us through the basic familiarity and features of the vehicle, and we drove away quite happy and pleased with the overall experience at Germain. Thank you, Sierra and Kayla, for such an amazing time! And we LOVE our new Civic!
Kayla Qumsieh and Ted Spangler are a dream to work with. I found a Tesla at their dealership after a nationwide search. When other dealers said “You figure out the transport to your state, we just sell the car” (seriously, a lot of those), Kayla and Ted instantly said yes, we transport cars often, yes we will help you. From start to finish they were professional and kind. Thank you, dream team, for helping me with the car buying process. I have since received my car and it was exactly as described (Kayla also sent me a video, nice touch!).
