I came in and looked around the lot, D wasn’t pushing to sell a car but instead helped me get what I wanted. If he didn’t know an answer, he would go find out and was very helpful. I left that day with an Acura TLX on my mind but keeping my options open. When I called a few days later, D quickly scheduled me an appointment for 9am the following day.
